  1. How long will the office be closed?


    The office is only closed temporarily and is expected to tentatively reopen the first week of May on a modified schedule. If that time frame changes, it will be updated here.
  2. I have an UNREEDEMED Groupon/Living Social Voucher.. What do I do?


    If your voucher has not expired, you may reach out to Groupon/Living Social for a refund or credit. Groupon makes the decision regarding this.
  3. I have a Groupon that I REDEEMED with you and only received some of my injections..What do I do?


    You have the option of picking up your remaining injections at a negotiated day/time and my assistant will have you sign your chart for the remaining injections to take home for self-injection. Self-Inject instructions will be provided if needed. Or you may wait until the office reopens to resume receiving your injections in the office.
  4. I would like to purchase some ADD ON injections. What are my options?


    You have the option of picking up from the office for self-injection. You MUST email us first with the type and number of ADD ON injections you would like. You would then be emailed an invoice for payment and pick up from the office at the negotiated day/time.
  5. May I still purchase Self-Inject Kits while the office is temporarily closed?


    Absolutely!! There is no need to break your regimen :) Kits are shipped directly to your home or office. Plus self-inject instructions are provided and are easy to follow.
  6. I'm an EXISTING/PREVIOUS client of the Medical Weight Loss Program or HCG Program. What are my options?


    You may do a televisit instead of coming into the office. Send an email if you would like to renew your program. You will need to complete the weight loss update and consent form (located on this page). You will be invoiced via email for the program fee.
  7. I am NEW client interested in the Medical Weight Loss Program. May I book an appointment?


    Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept NEW clients for the weight loss programs. Appointments for new clients will tentatively resume late Spring.
  8. I have questions not answered here. What's the best way to reach you?
